You will need:
- small glass jars (300-600 ml);
- silver acrylic paint;
- PVA glue;
- artificial loose snow (suitable transparent "microbeads", semolina or sugar);
- stencil snowflakes size 3-6 cm;
- wide dense brush (bristle or synthetics);
- pretty ribbon length 25-45 cm;
- paper napkin.
Secure the snowflake stencil on a cleanly washed and dried jar. For this paper tape is great, but you can get by and transparent.
With a dry brush, take a little acrylic paint and remove the excess on a paper napkin. Semi-dry brush gently apply paint to the slitting pattern of a snowflake.
Wait for the paint to dry (so as not to smear the drawing) and remove the stencil.

To create the effect of "frozen" jars, apply PVA glue on the areas of glass free from snowflakes. Let the turbidity of the glue does not bother you - after drying it becomes completely transparent!
Put artificial snow on the wet glue layer and let it dry. Shake off excess snow and tie a bright ribbon on the neck. Frosty lamp ready!
