Many, having heard about Russian literature and its classics, immediately acquire a number of negative emotions. Such a reaction is not surprising, because most of the works are imbued with boredom and despondency, suffering and wars, the weight of the fate of our people. However, this opinion is erroneous and serves only as an illusion created at the school desk. Due to the fact that the list of school literature is reduced to a minimum, many believe that Dostoevsky, Tolstoy and other classics of Russian literature are the authors of one novel (and far from the most interesting).

In fact, each of them has dozens of interesting and exciting works. The presented list is not an indicative rating, but at the same time it contains books that cannot be closed without reading it through, so we do not advise you to start reading them in the evening, because you have to spend a sleepless night.
