The resort village of Novy Svet in the Crimea is known not so much for its coast, as for the famous sparkling wine factory, which was also founded by Golitsyn. How to get there
There is no airport or railway station in the village. The nearest are located in Simferopol. From the airport or railway station to the bus station, from where the bus departs to the village, you can take a shuttle bus. The cost of a bus ticket is about 200 rubles. You can also take a taxi for 2500 rubles.
It is possible to get here by car. Previously, it was necessary to use the ferry, and from May 2018 it can be done by a bridge across the Kerch Strait.

Everywhere in the village offer to try street fast food (Lagman, Samsu, etc.). It costs around 50-100 rubles.
Vacationers on the beach are always offered to buy baklava, tubes with condensed milk or shrimp. However, it should be borne in mind that in the heat all this can quickly deteriorate.
Those who live in the private sector or guest house, can buy products on the market to prepare them independently. Despite the high prices, it will turn out cheaper than eating in a cafe or restaurant.
Holidays at sea in the New World
The village is located on the shores of Zelenaya Bay and Sudak-Estuary. The beaches here are sandy and pebble. They are always quite crowded, especially during the peak holiday season. The entrance to the sea is mostly flat, but in some places quite large stones can be found. The only beach in the New World - Central. Here, tourists will find everything you need for a comfortable stay - umbrellas, sun beds, changing rooms, toilet, showers, cafes and a wide range of beach activities (banana ride, catamaran, water skiing, etc.).
There are secluded beaches in the village. For example, behind the pier begins a pebble beach, on which there are relatively few tourists. A small secluded beach is located in Robber Bay. Despite its tiny size, it is very beautiful here. Entrance here costs 100 rubles.
Blue Bay also deserves attention. Previously, these places were considered reserved, so tourists were not allowed here. Today, the entrance here is open to all comers. The road here has obstacles, but the picturesque landscapes that open here are worth it.
Today the village has become very popular among divers. And for this there is everything you need. Previously, trade routes passed through the local bays, and often ships came here to wait out another storm. Shipwrecks in those days were not uncommon.
In the Green Bay today are archaeological excavations. On the seabed you can see not only the remains of ancient ships, but also all sorts of treasures. But since this place is considered a zone of historical research, it is necessary to agree on immersion here in advance.
During the dive in the Robber bay, divers will be able to see a network of karst caves located at a depth of 19 meters. Between them there are narrow isthmuses and labyrinths. According to legend, it was here in ancient times that pirates hid, who later attacked passing ships.

Although the New World has a modest size, there is something to look at during the holidays. The history of the village is inextricably linked with the name of Prince Golitsyn. And the most interesting place of the New World has long been a sparkling wine factory, where I regularly organize tours with tasting of their products.
On the territory of the estate Golitsyn today opened the Museum of the history of champagne.
No less popular attraction was the Golitsyn trail, which was created through a rocky cliff. While walking along the trail, tourists will be able to swim in picturesque bays and visit the Chaliapin Grotto, which previously housed a warehouse of sparkling wines and held concerts.The cost of visiting this place is 100 rubles.
