The concern presented its first car back in 2006 and, it would seem, a little time has passed, but the evolutionary race of environmentally friendly cars will surprise anyone. Now the American car company Tesla has released a third model of a popular car, sales of which will fully begin in 2018.
The prototype version III of the environmentally friendly car was presented at the end of March 2016, which aroused the interest of the public. Tesla is positioning itself as an ecological car with a stylish design, while it guarantees the driver and passengers a high level of safety and comfort. The main advantage is the tremendous dynamics of the American concern, its maneuverability.
The main advantage of the new model will be an affordable price that starts from 35 thousand dollars. From the opening day of pre-sales, there was a mass of people who wanted to buy a novelty, despite the fact that there were probably no known characteristics or appearance of the car. In a short period of time, there were about half a million customers ready to purchase a new model from an American car company.
The first 30 cars were officially presented to their owners in July, another 100 cars will be handed over to their newly-made owners in August. Also, the Americans made a statement that they will increase the production rate and by December of this year they will reach the level of 20 thousand units per month.
The official presentation took place in California on July 28 of this year. During the enchanting performance was presented the first 50 cars in finished form. It is promised that this model will become the sales leader in the world market in 2018, thanks to its safety and affordable price.
You should also praise the engineers of the company, who were able to create a car that fully meets the stated prototype and sketches.
