In China, there is a place called the local health resort and "East Hawaii." This is Hinan Island, which in the past was home to high-born rich people. Now everyone has access here. The place is especially popular with Russian tourists from Siberia and from the Far East.

Road to Hainan Island
There is no direct flight to the island. An exception may be only charters from Moscow airports. From any other airport in Russia you can reach the place only with one or even two transfers.The flight to Beijing will cost 400-500 dollars, depending on the transplant. Hainan resorts and main locations

Yalunvan became the elite recreation area. He is 25 km away from Sanya. Here are the widest beaches, the purest sand, fashionable hotels and the best diving schools. But evening entertainment is limited here. Taxi between Sanya and Yalunvan will cost 50 CNY.
All hotels in the Dadonghai resort region are located on the coast. Numerous surfers aspire to and beaches here are often crowded. Among the developing resort areas is Sanyavan Bay. Here the beach is located across the road from the hotel. The water is not as clean as in other parts of the island, but the surrounding nature compensates for this disadvantage.
Holiday Inn was considered the most comfortable hotel on the island. But just recently the largest hotel complex in Hainan, Howard Johnson, opened.
All local beaches are municipal. At the same time, the hotel owners equipped them with everything they need:

Russian tourists love to visit one of the four gentle bays in the south of the island, which was described above. Here the entrance to the sea is shallow, the water is warm. All this is quite suitable for families with children. The entrance to the beaches is usually free. But for the lounger and umbrella will have to pay from 20 to 50 CNY. Moving around the island

To rent a car, you must have a Chinese driver's license. Usually, at this point, the desire to rent a car from tourists disappears. Tourists can get a temporary document for a period of 30 days. To issue such a document, you have to spend at least a week. In addition, the traffic here is chaotic and the traffic is heavily overloaded. Additional costs will be parking - from 10 CNY per hour.
The climate on the island

In restaurants and eateries of the island there are dishes that are prepared only here. Among the local noodles are especially popular. It is worth trying the cooking options in Hainanese and Linshuis. It is also recommended to pay attention to the specific quadrangular beans. Fresh fruits are sold everywhere. They grow at every turn.
You can also try out a wide range of seafood. Prepare them in all sorts of ways. Among the most famous crab is Halé in garlic sauce. The most popular meat dish is Jiajing duck, and among the desserts in the first place is fried ice cream.
Almost every hotel has a restaurant. Dinner costs an average of 135 CNY. If you go to a private cafe, you can meet 50-70 CNY. The budget option is a small Chinese eateries, in which you can fully eat just 20-30 CNY. A snack will be released at just 15 CNY. The same will cost dinner at street eateries. Here you can try bread, vegetables, meat and seafood. More familiar food can be found in local pizzerias, McDonald's, KFC.
Entertainment and Attractions
There are many beautiful places on the island. Be sure to visit the temple of Nanshan, the world's highest statue of the goddess Guanyin. Also noteworthy is the Beel-Nat ethnic park, the Heavenly grottoes, the park on Monkey Island.
Among the children's entertainment is worth noting the numerous sites at hotels and entertainment programs. You also need to go to the new modern water park of the three zones. The local zoo contains animals from different parts of the world. Some inhabitants can be fed and ironed.
Popular entertainment for adults is diving. The underwater world of the South China Sea is very rich. Therefore, scuba diving is especially important here. Visibility in clear water is over 20 meters. The best places for diving are considered to be Xiao-Dun-Hai, Yalunwan Bay, Hou-Hai Bay, Fen-Dze-Jaw-Tao Island.
